MCS    MCS (database) This is the system that lists all members of the WI and from which names and addresses are taken for WI Life. It is essential changes to the membership of your WI are dealt with as soon as possible. This can be done by your WI MCS Rep or by myself as           Federation MCS Rep. If you have a member of your WI who is prepared to be your rep., she needs to have log on details which she can get from me. If you do not have anyone within your WI then please send details of any changes direct to me. f you are entering a new member on to MCS please put their date of joining in the appropriate box. NFWI will then send them a new members pack.  When using the postcode to find the address, please ensure that the complete address is entered. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me, via County Office. Liz Anderson CFWI MCS Rep MCS - (Membership Communication System) is the basis for all the NFWI's record keeping and correspondence so it is vitally important that the information stored there is kept up to date. To highlight this, it has been decided that April will become "MCS month" throughout the organisation. Hopefully your WI has an MCS Rep who takes responsibility for the records of your members. If your WI has an MCS Rep it is essential that she ensures that the records for your WI are correct. Are all paid up members listed, lapsed members removed and are all the officer roles and committee positions assigned to the correct members? There is an easy to follow guide to the MCS on Moodle. If you do not have an MCS Rep at present please think about appointing one now. If you have any queries or problems or are unable to find a Rep for your WI please contact the Federation MCS Rep, Liz Anderson, via County Office
